DDD Supports Program Resources
FRA works closely with the New Jersey Division of Development Disabilities (DDD) for adults with intellectual and developmental disAbilities to best understand the most current regulations related to individual budgets and access to services.

Resources for Adult Services
FRA is offering a new service to individuals and families who are transitioning from a school setting to the adult services provided through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Ann Martinelli, our new Family Advocate for Adult Services, can assist as you begin to navigate the processes involved in obtaining these services and supports for your family member. In addition, guidance and support is available for individuals and families already receiving services in the DDD adult system if they encounter challenges and have questions.

DRNJ’s (Disability Rights NJ) bulletin regarding NJCAT Reassessments and a template to use when requesting a reassessment, specifically laying out the steps to take for a request, and what to do if you don't receive a response within 30 days.
