Home-based Early Intervention Services

Can FRA help my child with an Autism diagnosis?

Like certain other state funded early intervention programs, FRA uses a specific evidence-based curriculum to help children with autism develop and learn. This curriculum is used to set up a program for your child that all practitioners will work from. Staff will also teach you the necessary skills to encourage your child’s learning. Service hours will be determined in discussion with your EI team and evaluators. Your service coordinator will help you find additional services outside of EI if you feel more is needed.

FRA has an autism team coordinator to answer further questions you may have about autism and your child. Family support is also provided to help siblings and extended family understand the diagnosis.
