Overview

Job Development

Finding the right job that fits each person is a culmination of factors and efforts.  Job Development considers the unique interests and abilities of the individual in their search for work. Assistance looking for work starts with understanding the individual then adds the creation of their personal resume/cover letter, assistance with job applications, interview preparation and ultimately job seeking.  Our work in job development is to ensure that we get each person placed in real employment in their local community that will allow them to be successful. Going out into the community to explore and build contacts with local employers, both with and on behalf of the participant to match their interests, fosters a better suited work environment for long term success.
