Infant and Children's Services

When your child is born with an identified or suspected developmental disAbility, it is difficult to know where to turn.  Since 1979, FRA has supported families in Monmouth and Ocean counties as they make important decisions for their future.

If you suspect that your infant or toddler is experiencing developmental delays, contact the single point of entry for all state-funded early intervention services at 1-888-653-4463.

At FRA, you can contact Susan Levine, EI Administrator at 732-7417-5310, ext. 117 or info@frainc.org to discuss any concerns you have.
