Join Jay at FRA for dance instruction every week!

JAY BOWMAN, Dance Instructor
Jay is an exceptionally talented dancer, DJ and instructor. He has been dancing since he was 4 years old, teaches martial arts and made his FRA debut this summer in our Summer Program, where every one of the attendees learned to dance in style!

Dance lessons are mainly "freestyle", "untraditional' dancing.

Jay explains, “I'll help you explore your capabilities, build your confidence and defeat your insecurities. I'll will work with you on your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses, respecting all level of experience or inexperience you may have. We'll dance to the latest as well as the classic "old school" dance hits to keep your interest high and to know how to dance to various types of music. My style is not "traditional" so please don't expect to learn many "traditional" types of dance. You will have a great time learning dance routines as well as developing your own styles. So please join me at FRA and let's bring out the dancer in you.”

Learn all of the moves to enjoy your next school dance, party or just to exercise and have great fun!
